I started working with Christy at Ward-Wight Sotheby’s in 2019. The marketing was phenomenal and she found the right buyer for my home! The home I wanted to buy had an offer and was in attorney review, but she provided excellent guidance to me for my offer and made sure the seller received it. Two months later I moved in! Fast forward almost 2 years, and the home I lived in when I was in high school was on the market.Because Christy gave me good advice and treated me so well through our first experience together, naturally I called her. Again, her guidance was solid, but again the home had an offer and was in attorney review, so she wasted no time getting us an appointment to see it in person. Christy was bound and determined to get me in there. She jumped through hoops to ensure that I was able to get a showing and made absolutely certain that my offer was reviewed by the buyer and their attorney. In today’s market, it is unusual to get a buyer to agree to a contingency, but she did just that and we listed my home immediately. Again the marketing was amazing. Christy held a couple of open houses and I had an over-asking offer in no time. I am now moved in to my new (old) home, and I could not be happier! If not for Christy working hard at every turn, I don’t think this transaction would have had the same favorable outcome.

Working with Mike was a great experience for me and my wife.
